• With the help of computational modeling, I determined the effective diffusion coefficient of human serum albumin in polyethylene glycol hydrogels by doing a curve-fit with experimental data
• Using the value of diffusion coefficient, I modelled a reaction-diffusion experiment where albumin is generated at a constant rate from a printed liver disc in 2D and compared with the experimental data to determine the best-fit value for the generation rate of albumin from the printed liver disc.
• Conducted thorough literature reviews to better understand research topics and prepare for studies.
• Partnered with research team to strategize research and develop specific plans.
