- The EAGLE intern program provided a 30-week part-time camp ministry training experience. This program focused on developing professional ministry training as well as personal/spiritual enrichment.
- Programming: Served alongside experienced program staff as plans were made and carried out programs in every season of ministry: retreats for all ages, guest groups, and Summer Camps.
- Marketing: Came to know the philosophy behind the BSC brand and how to best represent that to both current and potential guests.
- Operations: Served alongside skilled individuals and teams as BSC facilities that God has given us to care for remain maintained and continued to develop. This included preparing the grounds for events, keeping an eye for safety in all things, and cleaning the grounds up after each event.
- Hospitality: Educated on what it means to be a humble servant of the Lord, while caring for the needs of guest groups through communication and service, before a group arrives, and after they have left the grounds. Areas of concentration will be in food service, guest services, housekeeping, and other areas deemed an essential part of servant leadership at BSC.
