Summary & Specifics

I have a proven record of excellence in both oral and written presentation of legal arguments. I passed the Bar Exam without taking a prep course (although I'd definitely take one if I had to do it again!). In the 8 arbitrations I first-chaired, I achieved a full defense award in 7 of them, and a very favorable award in the 8th (and at least half of them were cases with which I had to familiarize myself in approximately 48 hours). I have an innate tendency to mentor and train newer attorneys. I bring results, efficiency, leadership, morale, trust, and often breakfast tacos to every team of which I am a part. All I ask in return is healthy communication with regard to shared goals.

Certification

  • Multiple certifications in both WestLaw (Next) and LexisNexis, which is an ongoing process as they are constantly evolving; and
  • Various certifications concerning safe handling of confidential digital information.
