U.S. Navy Recruit Division Commander. Directed, trained, and managed 7 divisions resulting in the transformation of 41,000 civilians annually into highly motivated trained Sailors. Educated military personnel in various methods to induct students into military units such as solid fitness, discipline training, and professional refresher training to enhance learning. Directed 704 instructors as Recruit Division Commander.
