Responsible for 465 command unit personnel. Directed the management and guidance of all aspects of airport security including compliance with basic airport policy regulations, license, flights, foreign relations, and FAA regulations. in Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Florida, Marine Corps Base Kaneohe, Hawaii, and Air Force Base Okinawa, Japan.
U.S. Navy Recruit Division Commander. Directed, trained, and managed 7 divisions resulting in the transformation of 41,000 civilians annually into highly motivated trained Sailors. Educated military personnel in various methods to induct students into military units such as solid fitness, discipline training, and professional refresher training to enhance learning. Directed 704 instructors as Recruit Division Commander. Applied effective instructional techniques; developed, implemented, and evaluated curricula, legal instructions, course supporting materials, conducts in-service training, and military formal course reviews. Midwest Regional Drug and Alcohol Program Advisor / Instructor.
