  • Navy Chief (LCPO) Experience. 22 years of U.S. Navy Fleet operational experience in Operational Risk Management (ORM). As the Navy Chief in charge of branch divisions, I manage the processes of sailors’ data security and enhanced unit readiness to sustain risk management assessments from cybersecurity threats and operational data risks. Risk assessments and decision making consist of daily evaluations of probability and impact of intelligence leaks or cyber threats. I fostered team concepts to Time-Critical Risk Management (TCRM) for rapid decision-making in dynamic data set environments. To include, not limited to recognizing cybersecurity changes in the environment, protocols to take immediate corrective actions, and communicate with the right personnel.
  • Professional Impact. Pursuant to Secretary of Navy (SECNAV), U.S. Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) program, U.S. Constitution, Executive Order 12333, and DoD Manual 5240.01 worldwide U.S. Naval and Joint Forces. I monitored daily evolving cyber threats to top secret naval aviation systems from foreign hackers against Department of Defense. Knowledge of two part factor controls or facial recognition encryptions to enhance security in biometric authentication systems, network security, and threat detection.
