Accomplishments

  • Led and completed over 100 improvement kaizen's with a total cost saving of over $2,000,000 since 2015. I have been recognized and inducted into the facilities $500,000 savings club in 2017 and the Million Dollar club in 2018.
  • First in the NAFTA region to progress a machine through step 6 (Reactive to predictive maintenance) process since 2008. This project restored 25-year-old equipment back to its original condition while extending life of components with a cost saving of over $130,000 from continued loss.
  • Managed the pilot of an integrated data analytics system (Quick Base) for the stamping division reporting directly to the president of manufacturing. I developed a maintenance specific application and facilitated the development of a scrap revenue application that helped the organization identify over $1 million in unclaimed scrap sales.
  • Global assistant auditor earning the opportunity to travel to Mumbai, Pune and Ahmedabad, India with the plant manager. The multi day audits of Magnetti Marelli lighting facilities identified strengths and weaknesses of implemented lean manufacturing methodologies.
