As an Educational Consultant in this role, I am responsible for establishing and fostering relationships with school leaders throughout Illinois and Wisconsin. Our primary focus is to provide affordable options for facility improvements within the public and private school sector. This includes, but not limited to new construction, facility additions, safety upgrades, and renovating existing learning spaces to meet the needs of our client's stakeholders.

• Developed strong leadership teams within each school to facilitate collaboration, communication, and shared decision-making among staff members.
