Instruction in Modern World History, US History, US Government according CA Content, Core Standards, and Framework assigned for History and Social Science, and oversee college-support class for Social Sciences. Taught Principles of Leadership elective course. Working in professional learning communities (PLC) to provide best-practice daily instruction and academic/social-emotional supports/interventions for a diverse population of students. Implementing effective lesson plans for synchronous and asynchronous instruction using Google and CANVAS software/platforms. Providing feedback and interventions based on formative and summative assessment data and daily engagement. Executing classroom management procedures and outcomes. Clerical recording, grading, and attendance. Involved in IEP/504 assessment/responses, and parent communication. Class of 2024 Advisor, providing high school and college mentorship.
