General Electrical site maintenance including the following:

• Installs, maintains, tests and repairs electrical distribution systems and devices such as lighting, power circuits, fixtures, transformers, motors, motor controls, auxiliary lighting systems, electronic controls, relays, branch circuit breakers, main distribution circuit breakers, irrigations control systems, and other related electrical equipment.
• Inspects and repairs generating equipment and UPS and its auxiliary accessories
• Maintained records of work performed for future reference purposes using the Maintenance Direct platform.
• Under the direction of the Fire/Life Safety manager, maintain an FACP to the extent of answering emergency calls, coordinating with outside contractors and communication with Central Fire Control and SFFD including NOV corrections.

• Established work, budgets and construction timelines and economics to manage and plan projects along with the procurement of payments and payments to suppliers throughout project fulfillment.
• Completely Renovated existing residences from the Electrical Utility Service Entrances to the smallest branch circuits while balancing code compliance with design requests and Client expectations in addition to employee management and compliances.
• Negotiate with City Inspectors regarding various DBI requests as well as Notices of Violations while having established a level of professionalism, standard of work and knowledge.

• Electrical Foreman tasked to complete projects according to code, budget and schedule demands while maintaining necessary submittals of change orders and payroll as a 'belt on foreman'.
• Reviewed existing electrical systems for maintenance, repair and update requirements.
• Followed established safety practices when using tools and equipment.
• Performed rough-in, termination, and underground work per code. Schedule required inspections along with permit maintenance.
