Current role, I'm leading Affiliate Marketing under General Operation Department. Leading 14 FTE + 4 HRO in the team. I reported directly to SVP, Head of Operation and Growth. My main task is how to increase Affiliate marketing key metrics GMV / Order / App DAU share to platform by developing program, key initiative that helps to grow the numbers, including creating engagement activities involving key categories as main focused.

Previously, I oversee Social Media, Social Boosting, KOL, and Creative, report to Regional VP Social. Leading 9 people, 4 FTE and 5 HRO in the team. My role is lead the strategy development and execute for owned asset of Lazada. This role not limited to KOL strategy, social creative, implementation, and creating country GTM.

I recruited as Senior Manager, Media. My initial task is establish media operations for ID Market including define media roles and responsibilities, lead strategy and execution, develop media framework, GTM and best practice.

I managed total media both offline and online for RB Health Indonesia. We have well-known portfolio brands in Indonesia (Dettol, Durex, Strepsils, Veet, Enfagrow, Sustagen, etc).

I reported directly to Marketing Director. My stakeholder are not only Marketing Managers, Consumer Insight, CRM in designing campaigns, but also Global media and Global Procurement.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Build media strategies with the brand team based on clear consumer journeys and strong integration between offline and online
  • Develop effective annual online marketing plan for particular brand to enhance brand's equity and improve brand awareness among target consumer groups:
  • Articulate brand online calendar and manage integrated online campaigns and offline advertising to help brand stand out among competition and deliver strong brand message.
    ◼ Improve search performance of brand websites both promoted and organic.
    ◼ Regular site maintenance and improvement for brand online community ensure traffic growth and high engagement.
    ◼ Gain brand preference among online surfers and build WOM reputation for the brand.
  • Optimize media investment effectively through clear tracking and summary.
  • Manage key agencies and media partners to build strong partnership and ensure good communication.
  • Work together with CRM team to drive enrollment, enhance engagement and complete consumer journey.
  • Develop deep understanding to key competitor offline and online strategy.
  • Working with sales and the marketing team to assist with e-Commerce to ensure business growth.
