- Provide assistance and support to Client Service Managers.
- Meet agency’s objectives for superior client service, account development and renewal retention.
- Issue and transmit Certificates of Insurance upon request and at the time of renewal.
- Collection of Premium and Payment of Credit Balances to Clients.
- Assist Client Service Managers in the preparation of new business and renewals.
- Ensure all client files & documentation are maintained and organized per WGA procedures.
