As a waiter, I help the restaurant tremendously. I go into the restaurant in the morning and set up the tables our customers dine at. Then, I proceed to set baskets of chips, sweep the floor, fill the water jugs, prepare the salsa, and wipe down any surfaces that appear to be dirty. I greet the customer nicely and seat them, and get them their choice of beverage. I take their order and put it in the system, followed by the chefs making the food. I take the food and ensure the customer is satisfied with their plate. After the customer leaves, I clean the table. Then, when we close the restaurant, I sweep, put the chairs up, clean the bathroom, mop, and count the cash register.
