As a Bruce Lee fan I use this philosophy in automation like all parts of my life "be water my friend" :)
I'm working here as a PLC programmer.
I' worked here with automotive industries PLC programming standards (especially BMW).
I do offline and commissioning.
The standards which ones I worked here, we using;
PLC : Siemens (TIAPortal)
Drive tech. : SEW
Pneumatics : Festo
Vision : Keyence
Safety : SICK
So I can say I had a lot experience with those systems.
In additional, I can say that, it's easy but boring to work with standards. (if you not be able to develop it :))
I started at this company as a automation engineer, but after 6 months we made progress and my manager trusted me and gave me this chief role. And after we did more and more progress :)
In that company we were working for CNC machine industry. We were building CNC feeding systems.
As a Chief, I was both coordinating the team and actively participating in projects myself. This was because it was a relatively new and small company in the sector. However, it has now become a company that has entered the global market with its products. I am proud because I contributed to this success. :)
We generally used FANUC robots in our products. So I can say I had a lot experience with Fanuc. Besides some times we also used ABB, Kuka, Staubli, Nachi, Mitsubishi robots.
We were using in our systems Allen Bradley Micrologix series. For our process this was enough.
In additionally for communication between CNC and our systems I worked with CNC control units. Like Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Brother, Siemens...
Also we developed our windows application for our systems. With that application we worked with robot and CNC interface and with our application we made easy for our costumer that, they can program new parts for their production process even they don't have to know to program robot.
We did good work here. The best thing was that there was mutual trust in our work. But in the end, I decided to leave to get a different experience and build a career in Europe.
I started my career here in an old iron moulding factory that was constantly in trouble. It was a busy 5 months for me, so much so that I was introduced to many automation technologies there.
I had experience here with;
Step7 V5.5
Servosystems ( absolute and incremental encoder )
Proportional hydraulic valves ( Rexroth )
Working with analog sensors and actuators
And almost all automation components.
I can say that it was an hard but efficient start for me.
I like to play music and sing also. But I can't say I'm good :) But I can say that I love it. When I play music I left everything behind.
I can play a few instrumant like Guitar, Saz(turkish instrument), Oud
Ever since i can remember, I do sport. It can't be professional always but I do as much as I can. :)
I did some martial arts, like Kungfu, Taekwando, Karate, Kickbox.. but I didnt focus just one them, I tryed learned and mixed them like Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do :)
I also played soccer as semiprofessional but I left it when I started university, I still can play :)
I love nature and adventure in nature :) Like hiking, freediving, pragliding ( still I didn't but I will ).
