My primary responsibility was to engage in meaningful dialogues with students to identify their linguistic challenges and aspirations. This involved a deep dive into understanding their individual needs across speaking, writing, and test preparation to tailor a bespoke learning journey that aligns with their goals.

1. Personalized Learning Consultations: Through empathetic and constructive conversations, I pinpointed students' areas for improvement and their specific objectives, whether it be enhancing conversational skills, refining writing techniques, or excelling in language proficiency examinations.
