To ensure successful delivery of the Integrated School Health program (vision screening and deworming) in Liberia, by providing operational and technical leadership to the project, and managing key partnerships.
Providing operational and project management to ensure the successful implementation of the program by coordinating screening and health intervention activities across a number of schools, working with diverse stakeholders in the Ministry of Education and Health in Liberia.
Providing technical leadership and expertise in the implementation of the integrated school health program.
This includes adapting current guidelines and best practices to the Liberian context.
Facilitating the capacity strengthening of country, partner, and global teams in the implementation of the program.

A five-year $70 million USAID-funded program implemented in partnership with Research Triangle International (RTI) and the Liberia Ministry of Education (MoE) to create functional teacher development system, strengthen the capacity of MoE at all levels, and improve teaching and learning in early grade reading and math (EGRA/EGRM) in all schools in Liberia
Provided overall technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership to major program result area focused on teacher training, Ministry of Education and Rural Teacher Training Institute capacity building, and sub-contract (Research Triangle International) Early Grade Reading and Math program
Liaised with the Chief of Party, Deputy Chief of Party, Health of Teacher Education, M&E, Finance, Operations and Human Resources departments and field-office staff to coordinate and ensure efficient and effective program implementation
