Day to Day responsibilities

As the primary assistant, daily responsibilities included:

• Daily Skill development planning for student athletes for both individual and team settings
• Assisting with planning, coordinating, organizing team practices
• Coordinating Strength and Conditioning regimen for student-athletes
• Creation and maintenance of recruit database of more than 100 student athletes

Auxiliary Responsibilities

• Utilization of ARMS for requests, recruiting, and other forms required for NCAA and other technology applications such as Synergy film editor, and HUDL
• Developed strong relationship with players to assist in reaching goals, build trust and rapport.
• Coordinate weekly individual meetings with student athletes for mental health and wellness check ins
• Networking with local community for Camps, Clinics, and community service opportunities.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Taught players how to run specific game plays in order to build cohesive, structured team.
• Daily Skill development planning for student athletes
• Encouraged everyone to cultivate strong work ethic by demonstrating diligence, patience, and respect for others.
• Motivated athletes to become stronger, more agile, and more effective through training habits and proper nutrition.
• Strength and Conditioning planning for women’s program

Day to Day responsibilities

As a director, daily responsibilities included:

• Responsible for overseeing more than 60 student athletes
• Daily Skill development planning for clients (6th-8th grade clients not affiliated with DME women’s basketball) as well as high school and post grad players for annual improvement
• Coordinating Strength and Conditioning regimen for athletes
• Meeting with marketing to ensure effective publication of the women’s basketball program

• Mentored beginner players to foster sense of healthy competition and confidence prior to focusing on skill-building. Successfully helped more than 50 student athletes obtain college scholarships.
• Cultivated community and media relations through social media and other communication channels to support program.
• Responsible for planning fundraising efforts and community outreach
• Served as main point of contact for college coaches, tournament directors, evaluators and parents.
