- Partnered closely with deployment and release stakeholders to move SQL infrastructure to Service Fabric 8.1 runtime and established a repeatable process for smooth adoption of major version runtime changes
- Contributed to several automations to optimize SharePoint Online farm and capacity provisioning gestures that enabled us to meet the scaling capacity demands due to increase in remote work in the period of 2020-2021.
