Mya Ballard

First-year Political Science – Public Service major with a passion for leadership, communication, and community engagement. As the founder and creator of Girlz With Kinks, a clothing brand that celebrates and uplifts women of color, I’ve built experience in creative direction, entrepreneurship, and social impact. My background as a gymnastics and cheer coach, tutor, and mentor has strengthened my ability to connect with diverse groups, motivate others, and foster inclusive, positive environments. I’m eager to bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and authenticity to representing my university as a campus tour guide, helping prospective students feel welcomed, inspired, and confident in their future here.
