- Participate in a high-level, competitive swim team which consists of 12 hour/week mandatory swim practices with additional 3 hours of dry lands workouts/week, including running, stretching and weight training.
- Travel throughout East Coast to swim meets, ranging from Age Group Team Championships, ISCA, CPAC, and more.
- Team mantras of Respect, Accountability, and Discipline, are instilled in all practices and continue outside the pool as well.
