As a bottle waitress at Sapphire, I was required to upsell premium bottles and packages based on guest preferences, maximizing sales while ensuring a luxury experience. I prepared and served drinks with speed and precision in fast-paced, high-energy settings. As a server in this establishment, you have to bring high energy and likability into your experiences with customers, because it's all about the experience! I maintained a professional demeanor while managing multiple tables and addressing guest concerns discreetly. I stayed informed on product knowledge and cocktail trends to provide knowledgeable service, and of course remained compliant with alcohol safety regulations and service protocols.

As a Brasserie Server in the Delta One Lounge, I delivered elevated, personalized service in a refined, high-traffic environment, catering to premium clientele. I greeted guests with professionalism and guided them through a curated menu of four courses, along with our complimentary wine lists. I acquired extensive knowledge of our premium spirits which I promoted to customers, and ensured each dining experience reflected the luxurious standards of the Delta One brand. I serviced up to 12 tables at a time while making sure complementary wine and drinks were always full, and ensuring that four courses were delivered on time. I handled special requests with discretion, and contributed to a calm, welcoming atmosphere, reflective of a world-class lounge experience.

My tasks at The Cheesecake Factory included ensuring that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a customer-friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, being attentive while taking orders, and serving each family, tending to any needs. I assisted in floor moves, shipment, displaying maintenance, and keeping a clean restaurant. I answered phone calls, and book orders. It was mandatory to keep up in a fast-paced professional work environment, while making sure every customer is happy and well-attended to. And most importantly maintaining excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, and co-workers.
