Accomplishments

  • I received the Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) during march of 2022. Experienced team building skills. Had three days to complete a presentation to small business owners in the area. The presentation was a well thought creation on how to bring our community together to help those in need. We made over 10,000 care packages for the homeless during our first workshop experience. After the workshop we got into team discussions in order to create our presentations. RYLA taught me leadership skills, community involvement, public speaking skills, and overall confidence.
