Reading, Challenging myself  and expanding my cooking, and watching some cooking shows. I have a few recipe books and I try to make a new dish at least twice a month. So far I have made spinach and garlic stuffed pinwheels, air fried garlic chicken with roasted vegetables. I also like to challenge myself into making dishes I've had but never cooked. For example, collard greens, candied yams, dressing with rotisserie chicken all from scratch. I like to read on my days off and in my free time as well and I like to watch cooking shows, preferably Gordon Ramasy Hells Kitchen, and Next Level Chef.
