Preceptorship 135 Hours @LRMC-ICU

During my final semester of nursing school, I completed 136 hours of preceptorship at Lane Regional Medical Center. It was one of the most valuable experiences I've had so far in my nursing journey.
Throughout my time on the unit, I gained hands-on experience and significantly improved my skills in time management, cluster care, teamwork, and understanding the daily responsibilities of an effective nurse. I approached every shift with a strong willingness to learn and grow, and I took every opportunity to enhance my knowledge and skills. This experience further solidified my passion for nursing and my commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
