I have an active secret security clearance to work as a contractor to open and process mail for our clients in the Metropolitan area. I screen mail for CBRNE (Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear Explosives) threats. After processing, samples from the equipment are sent off to the lab, then a full decontamination cleaning is done.
I worked part time as a Safety Ambassador in two different types of buildings under my company. I make walking rounds through-out one of the buildings which is an elderly apartment complex every hour to insure the safety of the residents, I look for anything that is suspicious and not safe. I check visitors in and out, with conducting ID and temperature checks due to covid19, I respond to any alarms from any apartment and assist with the issue, monitor calls with assisting callers with their needs and I also call maintenance out to the location for any residents that has a complaint about any maintenance problems they're having in their apartment. At the other location I monitor cameras to reassure safety for the Ambassadors and staff, I assist visitors on what they need and make sure the garage alley way and the Ambassadors and/or diplomat tag drivers parking area is cleared from any unauthorized vehicles.
I worked in a doctor's office setting seeing 40-50 patients a day. I assisted with in-office medical procedures, physical exams, did drug testings, Phlebotomy, gave immunizations/vaccines, performed EKGs, sent off referrals, prep patients charts for the doctor, gave patients their results for certain testings, refilled prescription, reported std stats to the local Health Department, gave patients education print outs depending on the service given for that day, and practiced cleanliness by using antiseptic and disinfectant procedures, following all of OSHA protocols.
I worked in a 12 bed Critical Care Unit (CCU). I monitored and documented patients vitals every two hours, I also documented food intake and bowel/urination output, fed and washed bed-bound/coma patients, kept tract of inventory on supplies, transferred patients that were well enough to go to other floors of the hospital that had rooms available, assisted with crash carts for patients that coded anywhere in the hospital, cleaned and prep patients that have expired (deceased patients) and tagged them before the family and/or funeral home reps arrived, and practiced antiseptic/disinfectant procedures while following OSHA protocols at all times.
I worked in 3-4 homes a day of different patients. My duties were to perform what was on the patients care plan sheet for that day/week. I took vitals, performed slight cleaning, cooking, grocery shopping, assisted with giving baths for the less active patients and made sure my patients took their medication for that day as well as assisting them on prepping their medication for the following week.
