• Organize and maintain provider files and financial records for each program assigned to unit. Set up and maintain filing system. Classify, sort, transfer/retrieve documents as requested. Update spreadsheets and financial logs related to providers program qualifications. Maintain confidentiality of information according to departmental policy.
• Coordinate work activities with other staff (internal and external). Review and prepare accurate financial documents in a timely manner.
• Maintain and apply knowledge of Medicaid policies and procedures. Understand and comply with federal, state, and agency policies and procedures.
