  • Apple Card specialist my role was assisting customers with payments, transaction disputes, rewards information for Apple Card, assist customers via phone or chat with any questions or concerns with Apple Card product.
  • As a savings specialist for Marcus by Goldman Sachs, my duties were to assist customers with opening up savings accounts products ranging from High Yield savings account to certificates of deposits, assisting customers with account information, deposits, withdraws via wire transfer, ACH transfers or account to account transfers, assisting customers with account issues from fraud to account lockouts.
  • Apple Card Special Remediation teams as a supervisor for installment remediation. My role was assisting customers with purchases that were made to be under Apple Card monthly installments but purchase was incorrectly set up, my job was to place eligible transactions on installments and provide customer with monthly details regarding installment.
  • Marcus Lending By Goldman Sachs as a Credit Specialist my role was to take inbound calls assisting customers with loan applications, advising customer of steps of loan application, loan details as well as steps needed to take, Placing OBC calls to customers requesting documents, or moving customer to next step of loan, also account verification placing 3 way calls with customer to their bank to verify account details and age. I validated documents from W-2 forms, paystubs personal bank accounts SSA documents and ETC, to calculate annual income as a credit specialist, fraud review as well as verify employment for customers.
  • I was promoted to Fraud Specialist In lending department I completed fraud reviews, verified phone numbers, verify identification documents such as ID, Drivers License and Passports. Sent documents that’s appeared to be fraud to correct parties for further assessment.
  • 10/13/2022 Resolutions Specialty Manager completing tech complaints for Apple Card in this role I complete complaints and cases by assisting customers with trouble shooting for the Apple Card Product
  • Problems ranging from not being able to add Apple Credit Card to iPhone Wallet, unable to make purchases using the card, issues adding co-Owner/ Participant, unable to activate Apple Credit Card. Make OBC to customer to assist with troubleshooting steps, keeping track of customers who were still dealing with issue, provide good will credits when applicable, work with Apple to assist customer with issue for resolution.
