With Nearly 3 years of Homebrewing experience, and a vast knowledge of different beer styles from around the world, I believe I would be a valuable asset to any brewery. From properly using adjunct grains and studying the wide variety of aromas yielded from many different hops, as well as off-flavors produced by yeast and other variables during the brewing process. I prefer to write recipes with the same approach as I would write my food recipes, keeping in mind the balance of flavors each ingredient produces in order to achieve a superb finished product. I was also a competition DJ from 2007 to 2017, having been to the DMC U.S. finals on four seperate occasions (2008, 2009, 2011, and 2017) under the pseudonym DJ Shmeeze, and also performed at many private events during that same time period.
