I am a tier 2 teachers aid who provide one to one trails with preschool children with disabilities. I have also aided 4th and 2nd grade students with support in the classroom.

• Supports student physical, mental and social development using classroom games and activities.
• Applied specialized teaching techniques to reinforce social and communication skills.
• Supports student learning objectives through personalized and small group assistance.
• Assisted teachers with classroom management and document coordination to maintain positive learning environment.

• Assist with classroom instruction and provide support and guidance to students in classroom settings of 20 children. Designed and implemented classroom system to track student progress, and take steps to ensure academic progress is where it should be.
• Communicated frequently with parents, students and faculty to provide feedback and discuss instructional strategies.
• Sanitized toys and play equipment each day to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Observed children to identify individuals in need of additional support and developed strategies to improve assistance

• Maintain supportive, safe and clean classroom environment
• Supervise students during non-classroom time and arrange recreational activities
• Attend teacher meetings and training sessions, as well as parent-teacher conferences
• Adhering to NAEYC, CLASS, And NJ State Head Start Regulations.

• Work with the lead teacher to monitor the class schedule
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation by getting materials ready and setting up equipment
• Revise lesson material with students individually or in small groups
• Document student progress and communicate with parents to keep them informed
• Help lead teachers to create lesson plan.
