In my 24 years of customer service, I learned the following skills; telephone operations, data entry, computers, communication, skip tracing, levy requesting, recruitment, billing, collections, check-in, check-out, scheduling, balancing till, and use of office-related tools. I am a hard worker and people pleaser with an upbeat personality. I also love to learn new skills and am up for any challenge.
