Very passionate about animals. Even though I have many disabilities I have learned to thrive and overcome so much just to pursue a fulfilling career in animal care. The joy, peace and concern that I have for animals has motivated me to pursue a career in the vet field. I have enjoyed working with animals as it has given me a sense of purpose and fulfillment. I have dedicated a lot of my time volunteering at the animal shelter and have been fostering animals since the age of 13 independently and through the shelter. I have owned many animals, cats ,dogs, rats, mice, bunnies and fish. Through this journey I have witness cat births, watched kittens with disabilities become healthy and adopted, watched puppies develop and go through hardships, seen what an abused dog goes through when rescued and unfortunately I’ve also experienced deaths as well. I’ve dealt with many different personalities/attitudes with all the different animals I’ve owned and fostered.
