  • Provides project support for resource homes around the state. Participate in meetings with LDSS, community partners, and legal partners to solve problems, advocate for change, and address resource parent needs in Maryland.
  • Provides technical assistance, training, consultation, guidance, and support to LDSS staff, Core Service Agencies (CSA), Juvenile Services (DJS), Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE), University of Maryland School of Social Work, families, and federal partners. Assists with funding allocation, outcome monitoring, resource gap development, and policy development and implementation.
