  • Calculate emissions from the generating stations routinely for various purposes, including budgeting and financial purposes. Successfully managed to keep actual emissions fees under budget.
  • Review various projects for applicability to State and Federal regulations including PSD and NSPS regulations.
  • Lead and manage GHG Lifecycle analyses that contributed to approvals from the PUC for various solar/battery projects, fuel contracts, EV initiatives program and infrastructures, wind farm, IPP contract extensions, wildfire, and various Transmissions and Distributions projects. Experience includes providing testimony in front of PUC, CA, and non-profit organizations in a hearing for a solar/battery project, contributed in providing rebuttals in various cases, and participated in technical conferences.
  • Developed and implemented air matrices for ESG, EEI, and sustainability reports.
  • Contributed to the development and implementation of GHG ERP through partnership with IPPs.
  • Prepared data, calculations, and deliverables for EPA’s inquiries under Section 114 for past projects involving the tri-companies.
  • Review emissions and operations data generated by Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS) and performance source tests results, interpret the data for decision making, develop justifications and documentation to support decisions.
