My Project Manager projects also allowed me to spread out to other areas such as the Florida east coast where the cities wanted to upgrade there water treatment plants and facilities.
I came with SSMC 1997 as a trainee to learn CAiCE for the FDOT projects. I worked on the SR 44 10 mile project and the 6 mile US 441 FDOT project in Eustis.. After those projects 2005 Gary Krick (CEO of SSMC) made me Project Manager for the Casselberry projects as this worked out well because I know the Public Works teams and most of the entire City staff since 1971.. As Project Manager I worked on most of the major and minor projects. (See attached SSMC resume)
Other than 50 years of continious survey experience, I am also a Machinist that fabricates tools for survey crews I've also been a photographer (various types) and also I was an aircraft mechanic before 1971
undefinedBeing an aircraft mechanic for 6 years in the 60's I as many other mechanics made their OWN individualized custom tool to make the job easier. My machinist talent was handy as in 2004 the field teams at SSMC asked me to make a specific tool for getting access into those extremely heavy cast iron storm grates that usually had to be lifted ny two people. I fabricated the tool from raw materials and to this day I have at least 30 such tools being used my the SSMC field teams.
My photography also came in handy for many promo events. sales brochures, etc.
