Following BKMs (Best Known Method), efficiently, Using my knowledge of tools interface to complete Usage Pms in a timely manner.
Started at Photo, running reticles to Photo tools, Performed this job throughout my manufacturing specialist time at RFAB. Was the go to person when tools needed a runner. After Photo i was moved to Incoming, where i learn to ship, form and process new lots for fabrication. Also processed new lots for quals and seasons through receiver wafers, learned SMS holds and termination of lots. Moved to Test after this and ran lots to test tools for Wafer alignment and identification. Then placed in Command Center, Thin Film, to help with process flow of lots in PVD, CVD, Metal, and TEOs. Made sure tools were routinely qualified, seasoned, and brought to production after repair using LBQ RTD, SMS and Virutual Sort. Moved back to Photo as Coordinator of the process at RFAB. Managed Photo personnel, made sure they were placed on tools properly, expedited reticles to tools with priority, and managed SIM tools, along with making sure photo tools were properly qualified or moved to production from any down state. Then YE started a new job description which required inspection of wafer with defects. I was placed there to help start up, and set standards with managers and tool owners for this process.
