• Lead 79-member (34 employees) global team in all aspects of Observability and Event Management for Global Consumer & Wealth Management (PBWM). Team members located in USA, Mexico, Poland, India and Singapore.
• Functions managed include Operations, Infrastructure, Project Mgmt., Event Management (L0), Architecture, App-Dev & Vendor Engagement, supporting NAM, MEX, APAC & EMEA.

• New capabilities and innovations incubated incl.: AppDynamics Self-Healing, AppDynamics Network agent, Splunk IBM zSeries , Observability Portal, Telemetry Portal ingesting DevOps, OpenTelemetry POC and CI/CD data into Splunk.
• Drove POC and purchase of Moogsoft for advanced event intelligence.
• Established Splunk governance practice, providing oversight to 40Tb per day ecosystem. Drove log volume reductions by 50% with developers, ELA & Hardware procurement, adoption and search governance.
• Navigate vendor engagement, product bugs, version upgrades, compliance and financial planning.
• Oversaw 48% increase in work-requests in first year of management. Improved Key Voice of Employee indicators in first year.

Senior Vice President - Architecture Group Manager

• Led 88-member team in digital strategy activities, including early performance profiling, release testing, microservice component testing, and system engineering.
• Built embedded performance engineering function, with engineers aligned to Digital scrum teams making performance and code improvement recommendations. In 2017, performance profiling identified 1316 performance tuning recommendations, resulting in 471 code/config changes and 166 cumulative seconds of improvement.
• Led performance evaluation of NextGen POC platform, leveraging Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PaaS), Microservices architecture and distributed Cache (Gemfire).
• Key driver of improvements to CitiBank Online, coordinating across multiple development teams. Round-trip login transaction improved from 20 seconds (2015) to 12 seconds (2016).

Senior Vice President - Application Development Group Manager

• Managed team of 25 FTE and contractors in test automation, internet tools and metrics, and mobile and ATM channels.
• Devised and implemented common test automation framework.
• Drove procurement and rollout of Perfecto for mobile test automation.

• Created and led team of 76 FTE and contractors in all aspects of functional testing for a complex $120 million program (Symphony), with a mixture of Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

• Led 20 member team for all CitiFinancial test automation, performance testing and functional testing of web projects.

• Implemented test automation, performance testing solutions, and test tool training in Spain, Germany, and UK.
