• Assist students in achieving academic goals set by RTI teams through 1:1 instruction or in small groups.
• Assist teachers manage their classrooms throughout the day by maintaining clear, consistent expectations and making modifications to meet student needs in areas of behavior and learning style.
• Promote student safety and emotional wellness.

• Implemented individualized functional treatment plans developed by OT to help patients function within the highest level of independence possible.
• Monitored and documented patients' performance in areas related to treatment plans and D/C goals by providing skilled interventions in areas of functional mobility and self care needs.
• Collaborated with care team consisting of DOR (always an OT), PT, SLP (case dependant) nursing staff, and families.

Under the direct supervision of district COTA, Carla Muskatallo and District OT:

* continued practices of select student existing plans

* developed new plans as students progressed

* worked closely with support staff and students to provide to best possible outcomes based in individual needs

* develop treatment plans designed to assist students engage and function within classroom settings through and 504modifications

* actively participated in PPT meetings
