• Serve as the acting City Engineer for the City of Gonzales and the Town of Sorrento, overseeing municipal infrastructure, development reviews, and engineering compliance.

• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to examine surveys, alignments, and existing conditions, then develop design drawings.
• Assemble complete plan sets, technical specifications, and engineer’s cost estimates for municipal and private projects.
• Provide construction administration support, including submittal reviews, site visits, concrete inspections, pay application review, and coordination with contractors such as responding to RFIs.

• Analyzed traffic patterns at over 100 intersections statewide, using Excel to identify congestion trends and peak-hour bottlenecks.
• Calculated saturation flow rates, queue lengths, and signal efficiency to locate high-traffic problem areas.
• Produced detailed reports for the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), summarizing findings and recommending signal improvements for high-density corridors.
• Installed and configured portable traffic cameras, mounting them on roadside poles to produce the data in traffic studies

•Oversaw inventory, ordered materials, and led kit-assembly teams to produce hundreds of STEM activity kits on schedule for educational outreach events.
