Daily duties are making sure you load up all equipment on your assigned truck that you will be needing for different type of closers. Be very punctual and precise with setups. Have good communication skills with the office and with contractors. Be very cautious with your surroundings due to working with heavy traffic and Construction zones.

I would come in 2 hours before opening to prepare the whole facility by sweeping, mopping, cleaning all table, stocking all merch and snacks, changing target boards, and sharpening axes. Would help customers sign waivers and check their ID to double check they are signing with the correct name. I would also give a demonstration on how to properly throw the variety of axes we had and provide them with rules to follow to keep everyone safe.

Provide future residents with information about the apartment complex and units. Give full tours and get all the information to start setting up the applications, verify all documents and start paperwork, and make daily phone calls getting back to future residents.

Assisted in the preparation of survey drawings, maps and reports. Operated total station instrument with GPS equipment to collect data points from surveyed sites. Go out into field and get topo graphic surveys with a GPS using points. Using complex equipment to measure land, trace contours, and determine elevation. Also marking property boundaries.
