  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Execute all administrative tasks related to the Compensation & Benefits Department.
  • Manage and pay employees’ social security subscriptions (NSSF), including registration, monthly declarations, and processing payments to the NSSF.
  • Perform all modifications on employees’ files for any changes in job or family status (e.g., newborn child, marriage, transfer, promotion) in the payroll system.
  • Calculate employees’ allowances (overtime, food, marketing bonuses, schooling, university sponsorship, transportation, and higher education support).
  • Issue and send pay slips to the relevant employees.
  • Prepare letters and employee declaration forms to be sent to the Finance Department, NSSF (National Social Security Fund), and Ministry of Finance.
  • Generate lists and prepare reports from the payroll system for authorities.
  • Supervise any type of payments to be made.
  • Prepare statistical reports as needed or requested.
  • Maintain proper filing of all documents.
  • Type all types of correspondence.
