Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom and establish rapport.
- Understand customer needs through active listening and effective questioning.
- Present and demonstrate furniture collections, highlighting product features, quality, and customization options.
- Educate customers on financing options, warranties, delivery services, and ongoing promotions.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom floor, ensuring merchandise is clean, tagged, and displayed according to store standards.
- Follow up with clients regarding special orders, deliveries, and post-sale service.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals through effective upselling and cross-selling.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Stay informed on product knowledge, current design trends, and inventory availability.
- Work collaboratively with team members and assist with showroom events, floor changes, and stock replenishment.
Qualifications:
