● Manage high volume full life cycle recruitment process for Certified HHA and PCA.
● Process all new hire onboarding paperwork, including reference checks, I-9 verification, education/
professional licensure verifications, offer letters, direct deposits, background screening, medical
clearances, and other required paperwork.
● Review all new hire charts and ensure all charts are in compliance with D.O.H Regulations.
● Build relationships and collaborate with the Director of Recruitment and Supervisor to understand hiring
needs, team goals, and define talent acquisition strategies.
● Assist in guiding, training, and mentoring junior Recruiters and HR Assistants.
● Assist in the coordination of administrative activities related to employee relations, retention, orientation
and training, policies & procedures updates, payroll, union enrollment, employee record compliance,
and benefits enrollment.
● Translate all promotional flyers in French and Creole. Record new hire orientation video and audio
recordings in Spanish and Creole. Provide translation services to all other departments as needed.
● Create and distribute employee ID badges.
