KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create positive inclusive learning environment which prepares learners for examinations critical to the state, in ELA and Math.
Implemement creative interventions for Standards in the Curriculum that has the lowest performance scoring.
Develop Lesson Plans that are in line with Curriculum Standards.
Maintain an up-to-date record of each pupil's progress within all areas of the curriculum, factoring areas for improvement and pupil's abilities into the teaching methodologies.
Work closely with parents and carers, providing constructive feedback and discussing their child's needs so they can be incorporated into the classroom environment.
Record instances of negative pupil's behavior such as disruption and disengagement; work closely with the Dean, Parents, Carers, that these issues can be rectified.
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
Implemented new creative methods of teaching with improved EOG-Check-In scores in 3 months.
Motivated learners using positive reinforcements, and parental involvement, resulting in a 30% reduction in negative pupil behavior.
Improved pupil's command of Reading and Math through the implementation of intervention strategies such as, small-group differentiation assessments.
Several learners received highest test scores in their Check-In exams.
