Summary:
Lead and grow a mission-driven youth soccer enrichment program focused on child development. Oversee all aspects of business operations, marketing, partnerships, staff management, and customer experience to ensure quality programming and strong community presence.
Key Responsibilities:
General Leadership & Growth
- Set the vision and long-term goals for the franchise
- Develop and execute business strategies to grow the program in local markets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust plans to meet growth and financial goals.
Business Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations, program logistics, and scheduling across multiple locations to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure all sessions meet the brand's quality and safety standards.
- Implement systems for equipment inventory, quality control, and customer service delivery.
Sales & Business Development
- Secure and maintain relationships with preschools, elementary schools, daycares, parks & recreation departments and community organizations.
- Prospect and secure new partner locations and contracts.
- Attend networking events to promote brand visibility and partnerships.
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Lead digital marketing (and grassroots) strategies, including social media, email marketing, and paid campaigns to increase brand awareness and program enrollment.
- Represent Soccer Shots at community events, expos, and local partnerships to strengthen local presence.
Team Leadership & Human Resources
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage coaching staff and administrative personnel; foster a high-performance, mission-driven culture.
- Conduct regular evaluations, provide feedback, and implement professional development initiatives.
Financial Oversight
- Manage budgets, financial forecasting, payroll, and bookkeeping in alignment with business targets.
- Monitor revenue, profit margins, and operational costs to ensure financial health of the franchise.
Program & Curriculum Oversight
- Ensure coaches are trained and deliver sessions that meet Soccer Shots curriculum standards.
- Manage program scheduling to maximize participation and optimize coach availability.
- Conduct site visits and gather feedback to maintain high levels of parent satisfaction and coaching quality.
Compliance & Franchise Standards
- Maintain compliance with local licensing, state and federal regulations (e.g., background checks, liability insurance).
- Maintain good standing with Soccer Shots national franchise system and implement brand standards.
- Collaborate with the national support team and participate in required franchise trainings and initiatives.
Customer Experience
- Provide exceptional customer service to families and partners.
- Resolve complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback for program improvements.
