I have the ability to manage time effectively, meet sale quotas, work well under pressure and adapt clear communication. As well as coordinate multiple applications/deadlines. I am skilled in organizing data, relationship building, and consistently contributing to team success.
I progressed fairly quickly starting off in reception, shortly after i became Unit Clerk. My roles were to coordinate with insurances for transportation, schedule/provide info for medical appointments, post schedule/reminders weekly, and file consults. Im always looking for more responsibility so i took on the Admissions position. I currently read medical referrals from hospitals and outside communities to find the best fit patients for the facility. I also run insurances for accepted admits as well as coordinate with those insurances for coverage, authorizations and copayments. I create detailed profiles for every admit, provide tours, and discuss admission agreements with residents/families.
I worked full time with special needs children between the ages of 2.5 and 18 years old. I have 1,720 early childhood hours, along with certifications such as CPR, EPI pen administration, and more. i have taught criteria such as math, reading, writing, and cognitive skills. As well as teaching different ways to recognize and navigate strong emotions and thoughts. I also supervised art, indoor/outdoor gardening , and more sensory equipped activities. Working with kids taught me the ability to step out of my own ideas of how to think and feel and look into the minds that need help and understanding.
Working with T-Mobile was a great opportunity. From managing accounts, navigating network issues, and problem solving phone, computer, and other device complications. I also exceeded sale quotas with the upmost trusting approach with customers. Different quotas involved insurance, new lines, accessories and different plans/programs.
I was responsible for daily opening and closing procedures. Maintaining a clean/fully stocked restaurant. Greeting all patrons upon entry while being personable to increase customer satisfaction. Prepared customer orders in a timely fashion. Processed transactions and managed sales through POS.
