• Development of annual strategy for priority brands across all 3 OUs, development of campaign/creative briefs, management of budgets, and execution of project for Publix, Costco and BJs
• Responsible for +$7MM in Shopper & eCommerce Marketing investment delivering against 40+ brand objectives across all 3 Operating Units.
• Help manage shopper engagement at retailers for executive level meetings, including JBPs and Retail Media negotiations.
• Develop shopper marketing strategy for each retailer based on unique shopper profile and across multiple markets.
• Lead internal interactions between Brand Marketing, Brand Experience, Customer Insights, and Sales.
• Maintain agency interactions including VMLY&R (general shopper), Macias (Hispanic), MSO (internal shopper), Inmar (offsite media), Neptune (media, instore), NCompass (experiential), among others.
•Lead Hispanic marketing efforts at Publix (Miami) partnering with Multicultural Marketing Team and Brand Manager POCs.
• Identify ways to measure and share back results.
• Boldly Building brands by developing external partnerships such as Café Bustelo, Kraft, Dos Equis, Coke etc. to build new partnerships and opportunities
• Manage all day-to-day marketing direction, media planning, material creation and creative services for all self-presentation.
• Manage the creative service department on all print, copy, radio, outdoor and on–site creative collateral and promotions.
• Direct cross promotions with sponsors such as Marriott, local restaurants, Mercedes etc., to help push ticket sales and brand.
• Support organizations websites as well as the new social pages on Facebook and Twitter.
• Responsible for public relations efforts for Broward Center self-presentation shows as far as press releases and credentialing.
• Report and support the Vice President of Sales and Marketing in all areas of the Marketing Department as identified.
