  • Supervising in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami Dade County, also in charge of training and developing new general manager to run the overall operations of Honey Baked Ham as a store manager and quickly moved up to GM after proving my abilities to run the day-to-day operations and positively impacting sales and customer satisfaction. After proven my abilities to train and retain top notch GM, I was promoted to district trainer.   • Maximized profitability during economic downturn. Honey Baked Ham: In a weak economy, had increased revenue. Developed/executed operational and marketing strategies to minimize expenses, reduce labor, maximize profits and boost sales. Grew sales 25% while reducing costs.
  • Boost revenue with new selling techniques. Challenged to increase gifting & catering sales for Honey baked retail restaurant. I trained seasonal associates in new selling techniques. We contacted new and existing customers and catapulted gifting sales to 88.25% increase and catering sales 36.73% over LY. Awarded highest gifting sales increase in the district and ranked third company wide.
  • Improved company’s ability to attract/retain qualified staff. Upon joining Honey Baked, I was faced with a team member turnover rate of 70%. With Opened communications, defined expectations/core values, established an open-door approach, developed succession plan and provide timely performance feedback. I slashed turnover to 20%, one of the lowest in the company.
  • QUALITY ASSURANCE. Challenged with taking the store I am assigned to the next level of safety and sanitation. I develop daily, weekly cleaning and sanitation checklist for the associates to perform. I ensure all associates were trained on how to execute the list. With my supervision and follow-ups, I brought the score from failing to a 100% on all evaluations.
