Daily meetings to increase the program’s visibility within Comfort Keepers existing client base as well as in the surrounding communities and, most importantly, to increase census. Daily responsibilities for building strong relationships within the organization and with industry partners, county offices on aging and national industry resources. Implementing a business plan to help expand our service areas and build market share as a full service healthcare agency for seniors.
Responsible for supervising and organizing inside sales team. Managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. Daily tasks with overseeing the activities and performance of sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training for salespeople.
