II am a dual-certified clInician—Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Music Therapist-Board Certified (MT-BC)—with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. I hold a Doctor of Education in Music Therapy from the University of Georgia and am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis at Cambridge College (Class of 2028).
My career has focused on combining music therapy and behavior analysis to provide person-centered, evidence-based care. At Monarch School and Institute, I used Neurologic Music Therapy (NMT) and DIRFloortime to help clients improve social, emotional, cognitive, and communication skills. Later, as a BCBA at Reliant Healthcare Group, I designed and supervised individualized behavior intervention plans for children and teens ages 4 to 18. I worked closely with interdisciplinary teams and provided training to therapists and caregivers to support effective, compassionate care.
I am experienced in using a variety of assessment tools such as the ABAS-3, AFLS, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-3, Essential for Living, SSIS, Social Savvy, and the Bracken School Readiness Assessment to guide individualized and developmentally appropriate programming.
My clinical interests include compassionate care, assent-based practices, and blending developmental and relational approaches with ABA. I’ve also received foundational training in Skill-Based Treatment (SBT) for addressing severe problem behavior.
In addition to my clinical work, I bring strong problem-solving and communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, tech-savvy mindset. I enjoy finding practical solutions, streamlining processes, and supporting team goals. I adapt quickly to fast-paced environments and stay current with new tools and technologies that can improve care and efficiency.
By combining the structure of ABA with the expressive power of music therapy, I aim to offer interventions that are not only effective, but also respectful, individualized, and meaningful.
