The indicators of my achievement include: staff money management skills improved to 85% up from 55%, Computer skills improved by 25%, Time management up to 90% from 65% and People management to 95% from 68%. This lowered the operating costs and saved costs by 35%.

Further, as a Chief Executive Officer of Kenya Cardiac Society, I steered the organization's financing up by 25% and efficiency and effectiveness by 20%.   • 17th-20th March 2020 Covid-19 Response training at Jesus Center Ministry Kericho
  • 25 – 28THJULY 2018 Attended 36THAnnual Scientific Conference of Kenya Cardiac Society in Pride Inn Paradise Hotel, Mombasa. I presented a talk on the Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD) financing models.
  • June 22nd to 23rd 2018 Attended NCD Bootcamp in Copenhagen Denmark This was a conference by Danish Red Cross. The Theme was ‘Mobilizing young leaders from civil society for advocacy on NCDs in humanitarian settings. In collaboration with Kenya Red Cross and Dakitari Afrika, an online doctor access platform; we presented a model of online advocacy in humanitarian sector. We concentrated on Dadaab and Kakuma refugee camps in Kenya.
  • April 2018 Attended a Training of Trainers with Pan African Society of Cardiology. This Training was on going to train other trainers across Africa on the Certificate course on Hypertension. We stressed on the use of online platforms to reach out to large number of participants spread across Africa.
  • March 2018, Attended a Stakeholder roundtable with World Bank and Access Accelerated in Nairobi Kenya. This was a meeting attended by all stakeholders interested in non-communicable diseases in Kenya and the region.
  • April 2017, Attended a Conference in Moi University Eldoret organized by the school of Business and Economics. The theme was "Business and Entrepreneurship Development in a Globalized Era"
  • Global Financial crisis and its effects in India National level competition at Maharaja College Coimbatore While a student I presented a paper on Sublime crisis.
