RTS (Remediation and troubleshooting system) AI
System deployed on cloud and this system is used by
the AWS cloud / on-prem deployed SDDCs to
remediate themselves of any issues observed. RTS is
built on Tech stack using Java, Angular, Spring Boot,
Go, Python, Stackstorm. RTS Frontend is developed
using Angular helping users to with rich and swift
navigation over the application. Automation scripts
were developed using Python and Go. S3 features of
AWS is used actively for storing huge log files of SDDC
components. RTS is actively used to debug any issues
observed over AWS SDDC's components like ESX, EC2.
Techs like Java8, Micro Services, Spring Boot are used
for building our backed microservices, Spring
Reactive/Webflux for accommodating the reactive
programming style for better performance of our
Microservices, RabbitMQ to enable the communication
between our microservices asynchronously,
Kibana(logging tool), and Redis to help us store user
sessions and lots of frequently used read data to
reduce overload on the DB
Key Contributions:
• Enhance our system availability /service usage to
On-prem datacenters.
• Migration of Python REST calls to GO to enhance RTS's
automation performance
• Leading a team of 3 which involves in building new
modules for RTS
• Built python Unit-test framework for the project.
• Designed a framework to auto push the automation
scripts to higher environments without any deployment
need.
• Automated the scripts execution output to get
posted to relevant issue tickets for better audit purpose
(JIRA, Bugzilla, Salesforce)
• Took responsibility to configure complete End to End
tests along with alerts to notify the team if any down
time is observed.
• Led team on SSH as a Service project automation
which provides one stop solution all manual SSH work

First Clearing Corporation (FCC) is Account opening process web application which is a B2B application and build on Java , Angular , Spring MVC , IBM BPM and oracle DB . This product is used by Wells Fargo and provides correspondent services to broker-dealers and does not provide services to the general public.

FCC automates the viewing and booking of client documents to increase the efficiency and accuracy of processing. In addition, FCC Workflow updates various online BETA screens based on the client documents received. FCC provides account statements, trade confirms and other record-keeping, operational, clearing and custodial services for introducing brokerage firms

Key Contributions:

• Bought up an initiative to make Account opening process Automation Using workflow technique. Using workflow technique and had successful product out of it.

• Led a team of 6 for building hasel free Brokerage Account opening system.

• Took the IC role in building CI/CD pipelines from scratch for the project.

• Configured Alerts on any deployment failures and Auto revert on the failed push.

Policy Administrative System (PAS) is a web application with JAVA , Spring MVC and JS technologies and is used by RSA and its affiliate brokers to issue the policies to the customers. This application is created to issue policies for Small scale Businesses, Home and Travel. It also includes a B2C application for Home and Travel policies. The application is currently rolled out in UAE and it is built entirely on web Technologies with oracle as backend. Solving the service request and incident.

Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management (PWM) product serves high net worth individuals, families, and select institutions worldwide. This web-application serves as single interface for the client owning any Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management components like Account, credit-card, Trading account etc. This application is strictly for high net worth individuals and so they are provided with this single interface to manage there all there Bank essential works which avoids to giggle them around many portals for different requirements. This web-application is built initially on Java Servlets and JSP using struts framework and later moved to Spring MVC framework.
