• · Breakdown Maintenance – performed configuration for processing malfunction report, maintenance request and activity reports in Maintenance Notification and configured Maintenance Order processes from creation to settlement.

• Responsible for implementing the SAP Plant Maintenance and Quality Management.
• ·Create SAP PM master data, equipment, material, task lists, measuring points, MICs, class and characteristics.
• Configured the notification catalogs and code groups. Configure the work order-related assignments in the golden client.
• Prepare functional specification documentation to fill the GAPs that are captured as notification screens enhancements.
• Support the UI5 team on portal development for Plant Maintenance and Quality management notification screens.
• Worked on non-conforming material reports and warranty evaluation reports process.
• Perform the unit testing, performance testing and support the end-user during user testing.

• Responsible for the Production Support of SAP PM, DMS, and MM Modules.
• Resolve the L2 & L3 tickets and update them using Service Now tool.
• Handle the change management in Service Now.
• Understand the P66 business process of breakdown, corrective and preventive maintenance process.
• Create Maintenance plans and scheduling in SAP PM from the request of the end-user.
• Resolve the day-to-day IP10 job failures and fix the errors.

• Defining User Status for Lock the order, Audit Pass and Audit Fail with required business transactions and assign access to roles with the help of security.
• Enhancement – Defaulting the Actual Duration Unit field in confirmation.
• Coordinating with FICO team for new Valuation classes, G/L accounts assignments, and activations.
